Azure Ala Moana, LLC, a subsidiary of ProsPac Holdings introduces Azure Ala Moana. Standing at 41 stories, the tower will include 408 total residences. 330 will be condominium residences that will include 1 studio, 124 one-bedrooms, 195 two-bedrooms, and 10 three-bedrooms. In addition, Azure will include 78 rental apartments featuring 72 studios and 6 one-bedrooms. The tower is expected to be completed 4th quarter 2021.

Hale Ka Lae is a new condominium conversion in Hawaii Kai by Avalon Development Company LLC. The is the only newer high-rise condominium to be offered in Hawaii Kai in decades. This project will offer 2, 3, and 4-bedroom units ranging from 691 square feet to over 1,100 square feet.

The eight-story buildings, are 100 feet tall, ranging in size from 850-square-foot units to 6,000-square-foot units, will include 2.5 floors of commercial parking.
