Home of Historic Pearl Harbor
The Pearl city region surrounds the Pearl Harbor Middle and East Lochs and is conveniently located between Honolulu and Ewa/Kapolei. The region includes the cities of Pearl City and Aiea with notable neighborhoods Aiea Heights, Momilani, Pacific Palisades, Foster Village, and Royal Summit.
Given the convenient central location and proximity to many military installations, this region is popular with military families as well as local families. The mix or residential housing includes single-family homes, townhomes, and condos. There is a fair amount of commercial properties in the Pearl City region, including Oahu’s second largest mall, Pearlridge Center.
