On the whole our dealings with the company were good and efficient. There were occasional glitches (that may have stemmed from computer or firewall issues at our end; just really don’t know) but typically Tom would step in and make sure we got the document or clarified things for us. We very much appreciated being able to use the Kailua office for my dad (one of the buyers) who does not have email access.
